Claim Your Listing
It's easy to claim your listing, here's what you do...
Step #1 - Register
Create an account on My Senior Source to gain registered.
We only require some basic information to get started. Simply enter your name, username (that you want others to see), e-mail and password.
Step #2 - Search
Find your listing(s) by searching our site categories.
Search through our listings to find any that may belong to you or your company. You may find product and/or company specific listings.
Step #3 - Claim
Click the "Claim" button at the top of the listing page.
Once you've found all of the listings that belong to you, find the "Claim" button at the top of the page. (This is usually below the title of the listing)
Step #4 - Reply
Start responding to reviews and comments left by customers.
Now that you've been approved, you can start replying to reviews left by your customers. Don't just respond to negatives, thank those that leave good ones too!
Handling Bogus Reviews
Everyone has been here before, there's so much competition that many competitors feel the need to leave reviews trashing others in their industry. Though we can't just go removing any and all negative reviews, we will work to investigate any reviews that don't seem legitimate. Just 'Contact Us' to let us know that you feel there's a problem.
