I am recovering from open heart surgery and often have difficulty performing tasks on my own. this lil device has saved me so many times literally. I have been admitted to the hospital on several occasions due to complications with my surgery. The button worked every time. I feel like the representatives and i are getting to know each other well haha.
Thank god I never had to use my Medical guradian alert system, but I would not trade it for anything in the world. I frequently travel to my vacation home in Florida and I can take my alert system everywhere. I feel safer when my family is not around because help is right there with me. Great investment!
I just got this setup after ordering online and having it shipped. Very simple and easy to get up and going, which I was pretty worried about as I'm not good at hooking up electronics. By the time my son arrived to set it up for me it was already up and running. No complaints so far
HELP! I'm now a widow and very poor. Social Security has stopped both his payment as well as mine. Terrific. I have to try to get it back. And my refund as well. Please help me.
I was told it was $29.95 per month. OK fine, I can handle that. What they didn't tell me was that they took the WHOLE YEAR OUT AT ONE TIME!! This caused a hardship for several months. I was shocked they would do this, that's a substantial hit on your checking account, and without warning me!! One month later we learned my husband had cancer and had to leave our home. We've been gone for 1 and a half years, So, out of the first year we had one month use for the whole $359.40. And you think that wasn't bad? HA! They did it again...renewed me for a year and withdrew the whole $359.40 out of my checking. NO WARNING> N O QUESTION DO I WANT TO DO THIS? Just took my money. After my husband passed, I went back home to empty the house. aT THIS TIME I CALLED THEM TO SEND IT BACK. I did as told but still haven't gotten a refund
