Thank god I never had to use my Medical guradian alert system, but I would not trade it for anything in the world. I frequently travel to my vacation home in Florida and I can take my alert system everywhere. I feel safer when my family is not around because help is right there with me. Great investment!
I am recovering from open heart surgery and often have difficulty performing tasks on my own. this lil device has saved me so many times literally. I have been admitted to the hospital on several occasions due to complications with my surgery. The button worked every time. I feel like the representatives and i are getting to know each other well haha.
Other than it arriving later than expecting, everything is as expected. Easy for me to set up and have yet to use it. Found it on this site originally and compared it to the other guys, decided to buy this one. It was cheaper overall, than what I would've paid for any of the other set ups.
I just got this setup after ordering online and having it shipped. Very simple and easy to get up and going, which I was pretty worried about as I'm not good at hooking up electronics. By the time my son arrived to set it up for me it was already up and running. No complaints so far
