We got this for my husband when he came home from the hospital. His health improved greatly and we cancelled the service by following all the instructions. We were to have a refund within 30 days of their receipt of the unit. Didn't happen. I called and they told me it was credited to my credit card on April 10. I checked my credit card and it was not. Asked for the transaction number and they told me, she made a mistake. A check is being printed and mailed to our home address and we should have it the beginning of this week. Today is Thursday and we don't have it yet. Called today and they took my number and will call me back. My guess, is the check is not issued yet. I am still waiting.
