I ordered one of the Medical Guardian devices today. The ordering process needs improvement. The device won't be delivered for 10 days but the 90 day window starts immediately and they charged my credit card immediately.
The contract didn't apply to the device that we chose. The company refused to revise the contract.
I had the sales people calling me to take my order but when I asked a few questions, they referred me to someone else.
