has been sitting in my bathroom installed for 3 weeks but i cannot use it because the pump was damaged in shipment. the installer has been trying to get a new one but it seems like PREMIER doesn't care. they told us 3 weeks ago they would ship one overnight to the installer STILL WAITING. So I cannot give a review about how wonderful and relaxing my new tub is I DON'T KNOW. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A WALK IN TUB U MAY WANT TO LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE. I would not recommend PREMIER to my worst enemy.
My Mother bought this and had it installed by Premier Care. The installer did a good job, but not a great one. When asked about the water puddling on the flat surface and how to avoid it. He said at first he did not ever see that before. When i asked if he has ever tested one out, he said yes but only to fill it as a tub and not as a shower. The water in fact does puddle on these surfaces and rolls around until it finds it way to the floor. The sales rep was rude and only cared about the sale, nothing else. Premier Care turned a blind eye to every question we asked, and totally gave us the run around. Make no doubt, once they have your money, they are not concerned about you anymore. Check your local professional bath house installers. You will pay 75% less than my Mom....Honest!....check it out for yourself. DO NOT EVEN LET THESE CROOKS INTO YOUR HOUSE!

The faucet hardware is low grade, and the shower plunger is hard to grip and pull, due to design.
The air-rater hardware is mounted on the floor, not the sides. The side mount is a way better design.
Water puddles on top of tub.
Price is ridiculous!!!!!!Check your local professional bath houses. These guys are fly by night.

They say they will do things during installation that you paid extra for. They did non of these extras but did not deduct it from our financial agreement.
I am another electrical contractor that was screwed over by this company. I wired tubs for them in Wisconsin and have not been paid. They shut down the Indianapolis and got rid of the contact people that I dealt with before. Now I have to deal with the Daytona office, Promises have been made (3 months ago) but nothing has been done. No invoices have been paid. The rep I dealt with that promised resolution, never called back and ignores my my calls on his voicemail. That is, if I am lucky enough to leave a voicemail. Most of the time the voicemail box is full. Same with the company's accounting voicemail box. If the reps and company's voicemail boxes are full then that tells me that many others are looking to get paid! Shop elsewhere with an honest company!!
Don't buy from these rip-off artists... they don't pay their installers!!!
I am an electrician in southern tier/western NY, I have been contracted by Premier care to do the electrical portion of their tub installations in the area around where I work/live. I recently did an installation for them on March 1st 2016 and submitted my invoice to them that same day. Almost 2 months later I still haven't been paid for this job so I called them to find out why and was told that the company changed ownership in mid/late March and I woul;d not be getting paid for the work I did for them because the new company wasn't going to pay. What a crock of $#!T!!!!!!! DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCUM!!!!!
Called Premier for my Mother… What a mistake that was! I got the run-around as to why they couldn’t give us a price over the phone. Ultimately agreed to take the time out of my day to sit and wait for a salesperson to show up. To my surprise, he did show up at the scheduled time… on the 2nd reset appointment.
I wasn’t into the BS sales pitch that this guy was putting on, most of it was as transparent as a used car dealer. Finally got the pricing… WOW This guy actually thought we were going to spend $15,300 for a Walk-in Bathtub? I’ll be buying her a walk in shower, thanks!
