ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND DONE WITHIN A DAY!
I live in Las Vegas and just wanted to say the sales team, installers and Office Manager there are the best. They answered all my questioned, the installer was on time and done within one day, the girl at the office explained everything that was going on, I could not be happier and love my new tub.

Love the tub
INSTALLED A WEEK AGO...
Installed a Week Ago...
My husband and I searched the internet before ever choosing and it was a long process. Let me tell you something, over every other tub out there we're glad we chose what we chose.
We've both used the tub 3 times and it's to the point where we need to have an agreement on who uses it which day. After only three uses, my arthritis pains are nowhere near as bad when I wake up. I use it every other night right before bed.
It was a tough decision when everyone claims to have the best but we went with our gut. Thanks to this website and some other research we've done! We love our new safe step tub! If we notice any problems in the future I'll come back and update everyone, but for now it's GREAT!

Pros & Cons
Easy to use controls
Great Hydrotherapy
Helps my Arthritis
Overall GREAT TUB
PRICE ISN'T ONLY FOR THE TUB...
With Safe Step Tubs, the price isn't only for the tub, it includes the removal of the old tub and the installation of the new one. So you could probably find a tub for $2,500 online somewhere, but then you would have to hire a plumber and an electrician. Safe Step is selling a tub but also a remodeling job. We bought one for my grandmother, and it was easy because they took care of everything. Plus the installers only install walk-in tubs, so they knew exactly what they are doing. It is frustrating to not receive the price over the phone but honestly we wanted a professional to come out and give us a quote, that way there weren't any hidden or unknown costs. To reiterate what Sandy is saying, it is well worth the money as my grandmother is so much happier now that she can actually bathe herself again (she was taking "Showers" in the sink). So thank you Safe Step. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and with Safe Step we got everything we wanted.

Pros & Cons
Turn Key Service
Eliminated Fall Risk
Quality American is NOT dead
There is no way that you could ask for a more competent install team. Stan Huck is an artisan when it comes to installing and trimming out the walk-in tub. His lovely wife is a help-mate devoted to the job at hand and she leaves the bathroom as clean and pristine as when she arrived. Job completed in 6 hours. There personable demeanor and ability to explain and answer all questions was over-the-top. In this day and age.........they are two-in-a-million.

Pros & Cons
We Love Our Safe Step Tub!
We live in Indiana. We purchased our SafeStep tub in February of 2015. After using it for 6 months now, my husband and I can only say we love our tub!
We can only say this about SafeStep company.
1) The sales rep was NOT pushy!
2) The installers were very professional. They had the tub installed in 6 hours. They had to take our bathroom door off. They had to remove the toilet stool. They cleaned up after themselves.
3) The first time we used the tub we noticed a leak. We called the company and they immediately came to the house. They discovered the leak was a problem that was our fault. Even though the leak was not caused by them, they quickly fixed the leak and DID NOT CHARGE us.
4) It takes approximately 10-13 minutes to fill our tub and 7 minutes to drain it.
5) Since my husband has back problems he likes the jets on his back stronger than I do. All I have to do is adjust them.
6) Do we have any complaints? Since I cannot get the jets to hit my neck and I have Arthritis.
My question is: If we put a new shower head on the tub that would have different types of controls (I could hold the shower head on my neck), would it affect our warranty or would we have to have SafeStep come and install it?
